We are committed to doing whatever is needed to safeguard the health of our shoppers, our employees and our tenants. To that end, we are taking extraordinary steps to keep everyone safe and healthy at our center.
In January, as information first began to emerge concerning COVID-19, we immediately implemented an enhanced and comprehensive cleaning program which includes regular deep cleaning with CDC-approved disinfectants at increased frequencies.
Our cleaning crews have been increased and are working around the clock to ensure we meet and exceed the hygiene standards established by both the CDC and the World Health Organization. Increased cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing occurs throughout the day, and throughout the common areas of our property, with a particular focus on highly trafficked locations, including, but not limited to:
- Mall entrances - Restrooms
- Seating areas - Play areas
- Dining areas - Guest Services
- Strollers - Trash cans
- Door handles/knobs - Drinking fountains
- Charging stations - Mall offices
Additionally, thorough disinfecting and sanitizing is completed during non-operating hours to prepare for business the next day.
We are also advising that anyone who is sick stay at home and we’ve posted signage at our property to remind our shoppers to follow the safety precautions recommended by the CDC, including:
- Frequent hand washing
- Avoiding touching your eyes, nose and mouth
with unwashed hands
- Regular hand sanitizing for which stations have
been provided throughout the property.
We urge everyone to follow the guidelines provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).
These proactive, preventative steps we have taken are designed to keep everyone as safe as possible.
